i bought the product because of its name. However after two weeks of use the numbers started to come of, I replaced these with nail polish. Now after 5months use it has stopped working completely. it was a total waste of money

It's a shame as I though the name and the simple design would be great... but then in the bin it went after a month of over cooking and scraping black bits off. All this after six months or maybe less.

Absolute waste of money - I tested this over the course of 1 hour versus a digital clock - it was 15 minutes out!!!
Also, the timer dial doesn't even align with zero (i.e. it starts from the 59 position because it isn't aligned properly).
So, if you want a timer that starts at 59 minutes, then counts 45 minutes and tells you it's 60 minutes, this is the timer for you - otherwise, save you money and buy something that works.

Salter Timer
Nice looking Item, sturdy, easy to read, but tends to go off a minute or two before zero, and you don't have to set time to 60 before setting finish time.

Well built but noisy
