Brilliant - I think?!
I knew my old scales weren't accurate and was weighing me lighter than I am, so decided to buy a new set, unfortunately I hadn't realised just how much heavier I am. Read the reviews and decided on this set.
They are ideal for the larger person (of which I am definitely one) and the reading is lovely and large so is very clear and easy to read.
I can't get them to turn on with a tap so I have found that it is easier to get them to come on by lifting them a little (1cm of ground) and putting them down gently rather than tapping them, not so good if you can't bend down though. They don't take too long to get ready or to take a reading, like all scales they prefer a hard surface to rest on. 2 x circular 2032 batteries are required.
They are larger than the average scales so wouldn't suit a small bathroom but we are fortunate to have a large bathroom so no problem there.
They measure in stone pounds to decimal, just lbs or kgs gs, and the switch to change between them is easy to access on the bottom, as is the battery space, which is easy to open, no screwdriver required. I'm old school so prefer stones and like the idea that they go to 1 decimal point as, when you are trying to lose weight which I definitely am, even a small loss is better than none at all.
Only time will tell how long they will last and how accurate they will remain, but so far so good.

Had to replace a set of electronic scales bought a couple of years ago from Lidl which developed a fault. These seemed a close equivalent. So far working fine. Main difference is that it takes a few seconds of flashing display before reading settles. Display can be set to stones, pounds or kilos. Cheap and simple. Look modern and smart and I recognised the brand which has been around for many years. Hope they last longer than the Lidl product. If they prove longlasting and reliable, I will give them a 5th star.

Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says. It does take several "taps" before it comes to life though, which is a bit annoying. otherwise fine.

Exactly what I wanted

Great scales
Very accurate bathroom scales and smart looking. Accurate to 0.1 decimal place for LBS which I have never seen on scales before. Vary good value @ £18

OK'ish
Stylish looking scales, easily wide enough to accommodate both feet. However, the device doesn't always start up when you start on it. This is somewhat annoying.
