I bought this for a friend who has a penchant for pink. It was going to be a birthday present. When it arrived, it didn't have pink accents - the accents were a very dull matt black. I wrote to Amazon, who were the distributors at the time of my purchase, who lectured me on product selection and where they get their information from and that I should accept that it's not like picking from a shelf in a high street store. They offered me a small discount for my "disappointment". Forgive me but I think they missed the point - I wanted pink so I selected a product that said it WAS pink!! I've told them that they shouldn't advertise it with pink accents if the customer cannot be guaranteed this colour. Yet, here it is, still claiming to be pink! That said, the functioning of the scales cannot be faulted for weighing dry produce. I've kept them myself and bought my friend a different gift from a high street store. Thanks for the tip, Amazon!
