The picture in the advertisements for this set of scales showed they measured in metric AND imperial weights. Even on the box in which the scales came, the picture showed both systems. On opening, found that the scales were only measured in the metric system.
I phoned the returns desk, explained the problem and arranged for a replacement set to be despatched. Sure enough, the next day a replacement set of scales arrived - exactly the same problem.
Enough was enough, a refund was arranged and I returned both sets of scales - nice talking point in our local village post office!
I have to say however, although the product was just not what it was advertised to be, Amazon were efficient at sending a replacement and also very efficient in refunding my money.

Very compact in the way the bowl fits over the scales for storage and an excellent idea being able to add onto whatever is on the scales.

Perfect for everyday cooking!
This is a sturdy scale that works brilliantly for normal everyday cooking and baking. The bowl is also very good and useful for many other things.
