Simple to use and extremely effective at sharpening all my knives - big & small blades, as well as kitchen scissors. Small enough to be stored away and portable enough not to be a hassle to use.

Salter Pro Sharp Knife Sharpener Review 15 Feb 2009

This sharpener is very good. It is easy to use and gets your knives sharp in a matter of seconds. I sharpened all my knifes and tested them by seeing if they can cut a piece of paper, and all of them did. This product is a must for all kitchens.

Disappointing

Disappointing - took off the steel without sharpening.

Excellent!
