I originally bought this to save space - it hangs on the wall and doesn't take up cupboard, worksurface, or air space with loads of loose accessories like other scales - nor is it ever 'in-your-face' like so many other kitchen appliances. But in use it proved to be an absolute joy. An accurate clock is on display 24/7 so it's not just an inanimate object. Its slim profile and flat surfaces mean it stays clean and doesn't attract dirt like other 'toys' around our kitchen. It measures in both Metric and Imperial weights - and zeroes bowl weights easily to make accurate ingredient 'add-to' simplicity itself. It demounts and comes apart (and goes back together) for serious cleaning very quickly. It's one of the best and most practical kitchen aids I've ever bought. I recommend it without reservation to anyone.

These Scales were bought to replace a similar set that were quite old, the wall fixinga are easy to do and they are reliable and accurate
Anything can be used as a container as long as it will fit on the platform
We regularly put on kitchen roll or greaseproof and then zero them for weighing small ammounts for good results
