Salactol
Wart paint for the treatment of warts, verrucas, corns and calluses
Ingredients: Salicylic Acid 16.7% w/w. Lactic Acid 16.7% w/w.
Inactive Ingredients: Pyroxylin, Colophony, Castor Oil, IMS, Ether.
Directions: Please read and retain the enclosed patient information leaflet. Use as directed by the physician, or apply a few drops of Salactol to the affected area, allowing each drop to dry before the next one is applied. Take care to avoid spreading onto surrounding normal skin.
Before Using Salactol: Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes, cuts and grazes. Not to be used on or near the face, armpits, breasts, anal or genital (sex) regions, or by diabetics or individuals with impaired peripheral blood circulation. Not to be used on moles or other skin lesions. Discontiune use if excessive irritation occurs. Keep Salactol out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use if sensitive to any of the ingredients.
For external use only.

iv had a persistent wart on my head for many years..my gp treated it by freezing..but it came back after a few weeks..iv tried all sorts of gels and creams and freeze solutions to get rid of it myself..and nothing has worked..until i tried this stuff..after only 2 applications my wart has now vanished..this treatment works like magic..it does sting a bit when you apply..but its a very small price to pay..10/10 for this product..it realy works..

This is powerful stuff and should be used with care as it basically destroys the layer of skin it touches. I found that by using the paint as directed but only every fourth day, rather than daily, and, after the first week, by gently peeling and very carefully trimming off any loose destroyed layer before applying the next treatment, I avoided discomfort and yet still got rid of most of my verrucas in 4 weeks. I ignored the instruction to file the verrucas as I found it can spread them! Prior to discovering Salactol (Salicylic acid 16.7%) I had been trying various treatments for over a year without success so I am thoroughly impressed by this product.

This is the best over the counter verruca treatment I have bought, much better than Scholl's freezing product and a lot cheaper as well, just be patient with it like all verucca treatments.

It works
