I was on the hunt for a joystick that did rudder control and was generally better than my £5 one i had.
first off this is quite a large joystick, and witht the option to move all the bits around like thte trigger tilt left/right, thumb buttons on back of stick up/down, making them alot more useful as you would not clunk them by accident.
the handle is ambidextrous, you undo the hand rest flip it over and put it back on the other side, and it hight adjustable aswell allowing you to be more comfortable for longer durations.
the throttle on the base is grat it had a "heavy push" feel to it, so you can adjust it in very small increments or a large chunk smoothly.
the return to center spring under the stick works a treat once again making it smooth to use and fly, no more jerking the plane into position.
ive had mine about 2 months now and its stood up to quite a fair bit of punishment dropped of the desk mulitple times, sat on, crushed into boxes when packed away. and it still looks brand new and feels it too.
if you want a very good joystick at a good price get this,
plus it has one blue led on the top of it that lights up and all the base buttons are iluminated allowing you to not have to play with the lights on at night.
i use this stick mainly for playing Lockon: modern aircombat
also in Battlefield 2/Xplane 8 Even toca3, but thats taking it a bit far.
This joystick is Smooth and comfortable and as to that chap who have had problems, i've had None at all. as for breaking the trigger!! you must have put an awful lot of force on it as its very sturdy.
