Truly FABULOUS design 23 July 2013
By Gimme Good Stories - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
This is a compendium of America's Cup info and opinon, presented in a compelling, intricate, and thoroughly well-designed way. Buy it to donate to your yacht or sailing club if you don't think you'll hang onto it -- but I bet once you start, you'll be mesmerized by the little surprises and details included throughout the book. Everything else newly-published about the America's Cup seems to be either sychophantic pandering or over-done to the point of meaninglessness generalities, but this book is totally charming and happily engaging. Just a full-of-wonders book.

Awesome! 27 Oct. 2013
By Eddie - Published on Amazon.com

This is a well written and illustrated book. There aren't too many detailed technical notes of the new boats (I'm an engineer), but otherwise a concise history of the America's Cup with lots of good photographs. They even promise a supplemental volume (I'm assuming a small booklet) further detailing the America's Cup Finals, to be shipped for free around the end of 2013.

Very well worth the cost, after going through the book, I would have paid much more.

Made a Wonderful Gift 27 Dec. 2013
By Julie - Published on Amazon.com

If you or someone you know is into sailing, this is a beautiful must-have book. Despite the waning interest in the America's Cup over the new rules and exceptionally high bar for entry, this book is beautifully photographed and presented. It covers the history, people and evolving technologies that have brought the America's Cup to where it is today.

Won't last long. 19 Nov. 2013

Great content. Don't like the cardboard-like binding/cover, dustjacket, and the pasted inserts/photo plates all over the book. Not a great coffee table book because I don't think this will stand the test of time wear-wise. Sorry, but a disappointing collector's and conversation piece.
