I really loved this book I couldn't put it down. There are enough stories about this guy to start believing he's for real. His background was quite brutal, yet he appeared very forgiving and kept his tormented life to himself. The drawings really make this a very quick, interesting, absorbing read. The Sai Baba message is very clear and I liked it. I'm not sure if getting 'for beginners' books is that easy these days as the makers have started calling it the Introducing series now. It appears different writers and artists have been brought in to bring a fresh feel to the series. I marked it down one star only because I don't own the book and took it out of the library. I would imagine I would read it another 2 times and that would be it. I'd just add to that and say the beginners and introducing series is a truely remarkable way to expand your knowledge on loads of subjects. Then one can go into something you like a bit deeper. I only had a very small passing interest to read this book, I took it as it was part of the series. I am really glad I did. I had some fairly old "ignorant-judgements" about this guy. Having read this book I have a lovely warm feeling about this guy. I like that. It will open me to examine some other "ignorant-judgements" I might have of other well-known spiritual people.
