I'm in an area that has most channels and with my previous cheap set top box, was able to get all channels without problems. While the setup with this unit is easy, the auto-tune did not pick up BBC1, 2 or 3 among other channels. After retrying the scanning a few times, I was able to get the BBC channels but still not the complete list of channels that I had before. This unit has no favourites list (which for me is essential) or a reasonable guide to the channels. These are options that the very basic models have.

I've never had such a twitchy piece of equipment - buttons on the remote will frequently do the wrong thing, it loses the channel frequently, picture and sound not brilliant either.

Very annoying.
