Sage Pnstant Payroll,

The actual product works well enough. The problem is that once you are locked in to Sage you have to pay for Sage Cover. On earlier versions you used to be able to update legislation settings yourself (e.g. NI rate changes). Now you have to buy a new version every year, or subscribe to full Sage Cover, not just the e-mail support version.

Received ver 11.01 which is 2005/2006 and went obsolete approximately 2008.However upgrade price was £65 direct from sage, which is still cheaper than the price of buying ver12 direct from sage.... So while its a roundabout saving it does save you a little money but no time...
