I purchased this product to replace the one I had that I lost. This product uses plastic for it's connections and securing and the one I had used metal. I don't know if this is a problem but metal makes me feel better, makes me feel it is stronger but we'll see.
The other thing I don't like is the reins are short. I wish they were a bit more longer.
Other than that my son loves wearing his harness because he gets to run free and knows we can catch him if he goes to fall. I love it for the peace of mind it gives me. He doesn't wear it always but in situations where things are busy or hectic and you can't pay as good attention as you like it is a big help for both mom and toddler.

Soooooo happy ...I purchased this one for my two years old daughter. I tried putting it outside the thick winter jacket and it fitted so well. I can adjust the pulling stripe longer or shorter by adding or taking out the extra two stripes . This is cool :)))
