Yes this is not a toy, it is well worth it piece of safety equipment to have in your car. It works very well palling the seat belt down away from your Childs neck and down across the body were it should be. It is very easy to use and install taking about 20 seconds to fit, I would recommend this item giving it 9/10 for easy usage.
