...and more! Not only does Mr Ashley-Farrand take you through the mechanics and techniques of mantras, he delights you with their histories and adds personal experiences and anecdotes. You can test them out for yourself from the very beginning with the seed syllables and work your way up to the longer "freight-train" mantras. It is important to know what you are saying and why and the information is put across clearly and concisely. Here is a beautiful and tangible way to "change your inner landscape". I have been practicing for some time now and I can confirm that "whether you believe in them or not, mantras work!" I can't praise this set of tapes and booklet enough. Its worth the money. Be amazed by their simplicity and power; have fun as you find and explore the "energetic" world around you.

This album is just what I had been looking for. The
