Awaken to Life that is what this marvelous well written book has done for me. It has allowed me the opportynity to share and live in memory forever in wonderful moments of gratitude and appreciation. Thank you Sharon Lund for your wisdom and loving words.

"Sacred Living" resonates

Through SACRED LIVING, SACRED DYING, Sharon Lund takes us to a place most of us avoid or deny--death. We spend so much time and effort avoiding this, we waste our lives NOW. This book helps soften the fear, guiding our steps to understanding, planning, and opening communication with loved ones. If you know someone with a terminal illness, this book is invaluable. For the rest of us, we are each day closer to our own deaths, and by embracing that reality, we can engage in life and be free to experience our time here with joy, love and gratitude. The author's near-death experiences open us up to what is possible, death that is natural, peaceful and full of grace. Her miraculous return to the living carries with it a tremendous message--open yourself to it by reading this book.

Sacred Living, Sacred Dying: A Guide to Embracing Life and Death

A close friend introduced me to Sharon Lund's incredible book, Scared Living, Sacred Dying. At first I resisted reading this book as to the subject matter. After much thought, I started to read the words of this wonderful author and realized how important this book is for all to read. I thank Ms Lund for her words and guidance. She is a wonderful inspiration for all which you will recognize once you start reading this book that will only help you through life.
