This is the best SPD belt on the market simply because it fulfils all the requirements for an SPD Pelvic Corset. First, it is made from tough material with minimal stretchable qualities, which assures maximal compression and bone stability, while still allowing a range of movements. Some SPD belts are made from non-stretchable material, which cause a lot of discomfort during movement, sometimes making pregnant women spend all day in bed, hence increasing the risk of complications of pregnancy, e.g. deep venous thrombosis. Another group of so-called SPD belts are constructed from stretchable elastic, which would not ensure proper bone stability during the treatment of Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or other pelvic bone instabilities. Our belt has additional compression straps that run from the middle of the back to the sides of the belt and secure onto Velcro fasteners. This feature allows you to choose the degree of compression depending on the circumstances. It also features adjustable Perineal Under leg Straps made of soft, stretchable material which prevents the belt from sliding, which is a major problem for other manufacturer's belts. And the last thing you want when you are in pain is to reposition your belt all the time. SPD usually persists for a few months after delivery. The fit of many similar belts gets worse after delivery, when nothing stops the belt from sliding. Our belt can be used during pregnancy and after delivery, so you do not have to buy two belts. In addition this belt is made of breathable material, so you will feel cool even in summer. It is also fully washable.

Size Name:Medium, 95-100 cm Pelvis
Whilst this belt has initially helped with some of my aches, I didn't feel it was particularly good value for money.
1. Sizing - I'm a 10/12 and, having measured myself, ordered the medium. However, this is a little small.
2. It didn't come with any instructions as to how to wear / position it.
3. The model in the picture isn't pregnant and wears the belt quite high. I'm concerned that, the bigger I get, the more uncomfortable the belt will become as it will impact on my bump.
