This is ideal as it is used in a busy hairdressers and we can be kept going all day for the benefit of the customers. It is smart looking and is always ready when a cuppa is called for.

Amazon Verified Purchase
We are a theatre which serves on average 50 cups of tea a week. This Swan urn replaced an older version which had lasted 3 years before retiring with a leaky tap. The new style tap is much better, and the facility to decide the heat setting saves us money. We are very pleased with the quickness of heating the water, and would highl recommend this urn.

The product is good, used in a small office but do find you have to descale every week as it soon builds up due to where we live in a hard water area.
