I am a Truck Driver and bought this to charge my Toshiba Laptop up when my 24v Skytronic 300w inverter packed up. It does the job better in my opinion. When the laptop was plugged into the inverter the mouse would jump over the screen making it impossible to browse or use. It was only useful to charge the machine when not in use. This charger on the other hand works great (for the time being)and I can use my laptop to watch DVD's or go online. It also has other charging connectors for other electrical items. So on the whole for 20 quid, if I get some use (12mth) out of it I will be more than happy.
