Well I wish I had read the previous comments, unfortunately because I had looked at so many sets I just bought from this seller without checking other reviews.
Firstly, I have to agree with the last comment, my items look quite old/dusty/dirty, and the packaging looks as if it has been opened before then stapled back up again.
One of the heart plungers is broken on the actual heart shape, so I won't be able to use that one. Several of the plungers are broken, bits of the shapes missing, plungers don't work properly.
But the worst thing... Not all of the sets they have sent me even have plungers at all! Three of the sets are just cutters!! How this person can get away with selling this as 10 sets of plunger cutters I don't know.
Also, you don't actually get all the plungers in the picture, I think I have most of them but I didn't receive the snowflakes. I know it doesn't actually say snowflakes in the title, but I assumed you would get everything shown in the picture.
I will be contacting Amazon because of how disappointed I am, I did not receive what I had been lead to believe I was purchasing.

I've just received my goods and feel I need to pass on some feedback. I'm disappointed with the quality of some of the cutters/plungers as the spring either doesn't work or is broken. Also some of the cutters look dirty and I question whether or not they are actually new. The reason I say this is because the packaging that they came in was incomplete eg parts of it was missing and had already been opened.
Some of the cutters I can use but it it too late for me to return them and buy from somewhere else as I need them in a couple of days time. I am sorry to leave such poor feedback but I am very disappointed with these goods.
I would just like to add that the seller has contaced me and offered to refund half the cost of these goods if I remove my negative feedback. It's not about getting money back and I don't expect to feel blackmailed into removing my comments either. I will certainly NOT buy anything else from this seller.

I have today received my order that was placed on Monday and I am over the moon with my purchase!! The only criticism I have is that I have been sent two sets of heart plungers instead of a set of hearts and a set of stars but I can live with that! Have already recommended the set to friends of mine.
