Bring your condiments to life! With Suck UK's Salt and Pepper Robots!

Everybody loves an unusual salt and pepper shaker, there are hundreds of them in various sleek or cute designs - so here at Suck UK we have designed a fun home for your salt and pepper with retro thoughts in mind - as well as some unique functionality!

With the Salt and Pepper Bots, instead of just handing the salt across the table to season those delicious roast potatoes, you can start a race to the other side by winding them up and watching them waddle to the finish line!

A great gift for new movers or those who enjoy a little happiness in their day to day lives - these Salt and Pepper Shakers will march across the table to wage war on bland food!

Manufacturer's Description

Well, it was inevitable. Passing the salt by hand just isn’t efficient enough in a world of bullet trains, pizza delivery and broadband. Luckily, the condiments have now come to life! Salt & Pepper 'Bots will waddle wherever you tell them to. Wind them up and - like mini Terminators - they'll march across the table to wage war on bland food.

Fun items!

I bought this Robot salt and pepper set as a bit of fun for my husband, did he think it fun?

Yes, well at least it beats me being the one to pass the salt all the time now during dinner.

Both of the robots (bots) only hold a small amount of salt and pepper in each, as much as being S & P pots they are more of a novelty value. Wind them up and away they go. Yes, they really do work, well walk, slowly and if you waited for them your food might just get cold.

What I like about them is the fact that their key can't get lost (it is one that doesn't come out). They are quite well made the plastic not too flimsy and they certainly don't fall over even when empty, unlike some of the plastic wind up toys you get in easter crackers, great for racing with after dinner, who will be the winner the S or P?

Great for any boys out there wanting to play with wind up toys, you can with these as they are functional too. No excuse now for having that plastic salt tub on the table.

Novelty comes to the table from Suck but with function too, another great item from the Suck range.

When I first saw these little robots I thought they would be good fun to have on the dinner table. How wrong I was. The only laughs they provided were of ridicule. When they were wound up they hardly moved at all. I have seen people on zimmer frames move faster. The only thing going for them is they look great, but considering their price they turned out to be a disappointment and now live in the back of a cupboard. My recommendation would be to send these robots to a Galaxy far far away.

Unless you want these purely for decor and not to use or touch, I really wouldn't bother. The wind up thing broke straight away on both so never got to see them walk across the table. And considering the expensive price you would expect better. Totally regret the purchase. But the look cute on a shelf, that's about it.

I brought this product as a Christmas present as a fun and quirky gift. The product worked and can be used as the salt and pepper pot. It was very much enjoyed on Xmas day having races!

These are meant to be cute and only slightly functional. And they live up to that expectation. If you want a proper salt shaker, go get one. If you want a proper wind up boy, go get one. This is neither. But it is a cute little conversation piece of dinner, and that's definitely worthwhile!

I have been collecting novelty salt and pepper shakers for about 5 years and these two 'bots' are great I put them to use last week and they walked all over the table, just think of what you could do with 6 or even 8 sets !? hold a battle ?, have races? or may be just use them as Salt and Pepper shakers at dinner parties think of the fun you could have there? These two little 'Robot Salt and Pepper shakers' are collectible and a must have for any collector and non collectors well they could have fun with them on the dinning table

look superb, but one would not walk at all,i had to cut a piece off one of the feet, even then the spring winding is so weak they cannot travel across the table, a very funny idea, but very badly executed.

These are such a perfect gift for students just setting up home, these little robots run down the table, we were giggling for ages, everyone wanted to play, good talking point, breaks the ice. No idea how long they will last, not robust, but for the price, defiantly worth buying.
