High-quality stamp, easy to wash and useful for customized cookies. Maybe a little big for standar cookies, but i love it.

Cookie stamp for biscuits of about 3" diameter, which was a little bigger than I was expecting.
easy to use, easy to clean as the rubber stamp comes off the handle.

kids love it, friends love it, and it spruces up a plain biscuit into something special.

I followed the recipe that was included and I found no problems, the only thing I changed about the recipe was that I rolled the mixture by hand into balls and placed on the (lightly greased) baking tray, rather than rolling the biscuits in flour on a worktop, I then firmly pressed the cookie stamp onto each one dipping the stamp gently in flour approx. every second cookie. The mix made 22 biscuits and I found the stamp just the right size.

I usually make biscuits this way as I find it so much easier than trying to roll out and lift onto a baking tray, especially if using this item, as the writing otherwise just ends up distorted and not very neat looking.

Don't leave above a couple of minutes on the tray after baking as they will stick and end up crumbling into pieces (metal fish slice/wide spatula best for this job.)

As for washing it I didn't have a problem either, I removed the silicone bit and washed by hand and just wiped the wood handle so as not to wet it too much.

Perfect professional looking biscuits !

the packaging was very inadequate. the postoffice had had to re pack it in a plastic bag as the cardboard wrapper, similar to that in which books are sent, had burst open and the stamper was poking out "incredible hulk" like.
i am a chef and took the stamper to work with me,(made 5 dozen) the silicone stamp is easy to take off ,clean and replace. i followed the recipe included with the stamper and came to the conclusion that a neater result is obtained by either placing a ball of biscuit dough in a circular biscuit cutter and then using the stamp to flatten the dough or to make a dough that is rolled out ,cut with a biscuit cutter and then stamped through the cutter to hold a neat biscuit shape. using the stamper on it's own gives a raggedy edge and an offset message, nothing wrong in that.
it's nice easy to use and quirky. i ve been given another as a gift and since then have found them cheaper in the shops!!
i will use it again (probably in the summer when i do garden fetes)

I followed the recipe provided with the stamp - it worked okay, but I am a bit disillusioned, I guess I expected more from this product. You have to constantly keep dipping it in flour to prevent it from sticking to the dough, and every few cookies I had to stop and clean out the dough from some of the letters with a toothpick. Don't think I'd pay nearly £10 for something like this again. £6 or less would be more appropriate.

Bought this cookie stamp for £4 from Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the good and sturdy quality of this item. Was even more pleased with my purchase when I saw this item on another site for £11.

Would like to buy more of these with different designs. Hint, hint Amazon.

I thought this would be a fun idea for baking, followed the recipe, however the cookies once baked didn't show the imprint very well (you could barely read it!), perhaps we hadn't stamped them hard enough. Also when removing the plastic to wash it a bit of the wood edge broke off, so for the price I wasn't very impressed unfortunately.

I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas as she loves home baking - expecting a tiny joke stocking filler to arrive.

I'm pleased to say that the stamp is really solidly made and is much bigger than it looks, so can make really impressive looking cookies and should last a long time.
