Yes it definitely smells of cedar wood. Try putting your items to spray in a plastic bag, then spray directly onto them in the bag. Let them sit in there for an hour or so then take the items out - this way I think the smell lasts a bit longer. Be careful that the oil doesn't get on your clothes.

Have not had any moths since using this together with Cedar Blocks, maybe lucky but don't want to risk the cashmere!
