Never used African Mango before but after reading various reports thought I would try it and to date I have lost 12lbs in 24 days. I do have a big frame and still need to lose another stone but this product is working for me and I now feel full of energy. I am following a low fat low carb diet plan and find the Mango is helping as I feel less hungry between meals and also found it easier to reduce my calorie intake. Worth giving it a try because if nothing else the high antioxidant properties are well worth the investment.

I tried this product for two weeks, during which time I developed severe heartburn which woke me at night. I left off the product for a few days and the heartburn subsided, so I started again for another week during which it returned. Sadly, I have to conclude that this product does not agree with me.
