This is a nicely designed cheap and cheerful stove-top kettle. I like the fact that both the handle and the whistle are silicon, so no burning yourself. The bottom of the kettle is quite thin, so I don't know how long it will last, but at that price I will just buy another.
I bought the kettle for my elderly mother who is hard of hearing and refuses to use an electric one. Unfortunately it did not Whistle, just a low pitched hiss which is useless!!!
