A previous review commented (unfavourably) on the relatively lightweight construction compared to enammeled roasters. The lighter construction is what I prefer - it heats up the food a lot faster as there is less of the roaster to heat up first.
I find this ideal for my purpose.

This roaster is a good size and the handles make it easy to carry as they distribute a heavy weight evenly. I did not give it 5 stars as it marked on the inside after the first use.
