I LOVE this camera.

I'm just back from a trip to the Maldives, and i bought this prior to departure. I have to say it might just have been the best £89 i spect all trip.

Easy to use, battery life is good, and actually i found it worked very well in the water. The flash in particular helping me to make shots that just wouldnt have come out on most cameras.

Its really well built, I've dropped it a few times and it just bounces back in to action.

Highly, highly recommened - may it make your holiday also!

I bought this as an underwater-only camera for a holiday in Thailand and really wish I'd waited until I'd seen some reviews. I know that sub-£200 underwater cameras are generally very poor out of the water and this is certainly no exception: its out-of-the-water shots are very grainy with ridiculously muted colours and look like they could have been taken with an early cameraphone. In contrast, the underwater pics are actually pretty good (clear and good colour balance) but the almost useless LCD screen and totally nonsensical menu system mean that you might as well be taking photos with a blindfold on. In any sunlight at all, it is almost impossible to see what you've already taken (eg. to check if you've got the shot you were after or if the camera is even working) and if the camera gets shaken, the memory card regularly loses contact inside its slot and the camera starts using its tiny internal memory (about 12 photos). Finally, the waterproof flap/catch that houses the battery and memory card is EXTREMELY fiddly and difficult to open/close and feels like it will stop working altogether in a few weeks. Truly pathetic! Wish I'd bought a cheap Fuji or Vivitar model instead... at least they actually make cameras for a living! (PS: Sadly, it does float very well.)
