Purchased this book a few days ago, and love it already!
I struggle to keep my blood sugars stable and already use agave nectar - as much for my little girl as anything. So this is already something we had up our sleeves, and avocados, good cocoa powder, almonds etc. are part of my every day diet anyway. Maybe less helpful for people who don't already steer that way food-wise.
I've made 2 lots of frozen yoghurt so far using sheep milk and sheep yoghurt (little more runny than Greek, I suspect). We don't, repeat, do NOT own an ice cream maker, so, yes, as one reviewer pointed out, it has been a little labour intensive to do manually, what with repeated timers going off to remind me to stir out the crystals, but I'm so impressed with results and so desperate to get more calcium into daughter that I've put a simple ice cream maker onto my birthday wishlist.
Really good for healthier, lower GI desserts including cakes and tarts.
There are about 3 recipes that made me think "where the hell am I going to get hold of THAT in this area?" but easily accessible recipes far outweigh these.

This is an excellent book. It is the recipe book which from the chain of Snog Frozen Yoghurt stores. There are recipes for natural, coco and green tea yoghurt, with lots of ideas for toppings and lots of gluten free baking recipes as well. The pages are laid out beautifully

Even though I'm dairy intolerant I brought this book after a quick skim in a shop - so glad I did! Some brilliant recipes for gorgeous sorbets, deserts that make your mouth water and easily adaptable to suit different fruits in season (the blackberry tart - add in 2 cups of cooked cooking apple in place of blackberries)
Only downside is, some of the recipes require a lot of extra ingredients not normally found in the cupboard on a daily basis..
