I needed this for a slightly unusual reason. I sometimes need to use my PC keyboard while standing up. I took to placing it on top of the monitor. It tended to slip around a bit, and was in danger of sliding off and getting broken.
This mat sorted it out perfectly. The keyboard doesn't budge at all. It is very sticky... almost too sticky :) Nah, does exactly what I wanted it to do.
By the way, here's a tip: don't try to lift things directly off the pad because it tends to pull the pad up too, instead twist them off. It works!

I stuck one of these [they self stick] to the side of one of our PC's then placed a mobile phone on it...it stuck alright..took some getting off when the phone rang! and the phone is one with a very heavy vibration....so I was really surprised it hadn't detached itself. It's now in use on a car dashboard holding a sat nav in place with no problems, the other one I have stuck to a shed window with a pond air filtration pump on it, for all the pump vibrates slightly it's stick stuck fast and keeping quiet, I can think of so many uses I may be tempted to buy more.

Good product for the price (99p) but limited.
Works very well on a flat surface but when I tried it on a vertical surface the "stickiness" was not strong enough to hol a phone for long. Keys might be OK but I seem to remember you need these to drive the car!

It was good for a few days
and then it wasnt sticky enough to anything. If it retained its 'stickiness' its would have been 5 stars, but as it is, it is just a crappy piece of rubber/plastic
