My girlfriends friend brought the full series of these back (there are three i think) from a trip to Poland for her. I wouldn't know of there existence if it were not for the fact that in quite a short time i started to notice my girlfriend becoming "noticeably" slimmer in the thigh, hip and waist - MORE "noticeable" was the feel, she was becoming very noticeably firmer when i held her round the waist. Like most girls she is on and off of diets etc but till now she has remained stubbornly "slightly over weight" no matter what she tried - she is not yet a size zero but she is still on the first tube.... LOL
