Bought this phone in June 2013 and by Sept it started to be problematic, switching itself off during calls, screen freezing, GPS not working and keystrokes lagging when texting. I contacted the company on 2 Oct asking for a refund and all they could suggest was that I reset the phone. I have tried on no less than 9 occassions (seven times via Amazon and twice with direct email) to get some communication/response from them but they refuse to have any correspondence with me. I am now trying to get some compensation through my credit card. I would not buy anything from these people.
Oh and my wife bought a very similar phone at the same time as I did in June and hers is behaving in exactly the same way and guess what... they won't respond to her communications either via Ebay!!! BE VERY WARY of IPro Stores or Punto Mobile, whatever they like to call themselves.
