I've had a few expensive frying pans incuding the Meyer Stainless Steel models.
The SKK is far superior in my experience so far.
Its had a lot of use now and the non-stickability is second to none.
Expensive yes. But, it is truly excellent and it's built like a tank.
And the coating feels ever so tough.

Heat spread is excellent too. The removable handle is strong, it has a little bit of play, but only a tiny amount and, in fairness, that is to be expected.

Not recommended for cleaning in dishwasher, but honestly, any gunge falls off with a gentle rub of a J-Cloth and a drop of fairy liquid, so why dishwash?

So, while you are spending time looking at alternatives, save up your pennies and get one (unless you have an induction stove). Good European quality.

I've been gradually replacing all my old pans with SKK versions. They really are the best on the market. Even-heating, non-scorching and easy to wash. You can even get away with using metal utensils. I've had some for 10 years or so and they're still going strong. The removable handle is a recent innovation that makes them easier to store or fit into the oven.

Heavyweight frying pan with German quality. Heats up totally evenly and maintain temperature very well.
Trouble is that I've found I'l looking around for meals that require it's use all the time now!
