Like all SKK pans this has an excellent and robust non-stick surface that doesn't scorch and makes cleaning very easy. It has a large capacity that lets one flip food around without it ending up on the hob or floor. There's a large SKK glass lid (32cm) available that fits perfectly and means that you can steam food as well as stir fry. I see that this model has the detachable handle which will make storage easier or let it fit more comfortably in an oven. I don't have one of this type of handle on my wok, but I do on a saute pan and find it easy to clip on and off. Although SKK pans seem quite expensive they are worth the money. I've had some for years that are as good as new even though I abuse them with metal utensils from time to time. The only warning over this wok is that it's quite heavy.
