I was hoping to use these to spread epoxy glue onto a ceramic substrate. The bristles were too long as supplied, so I cut them down to the right length. However, they were no good as the bristle retention in the handle was very poor, and they just pulled out.
I should have used a small plastic spreader, but couldn't find anything suitable.

the brushes are not really small enough to use for flux on jewelery, therefore no use to me, expected them to be much finer
