I was very disappointed when this turned up in a black plastic bag, and not the box. The instructions (not that they were needed) were a black and white photo copy, and there wasn't a recipe book included. I was disappointed with it overall as I had purchased it as a gift for my sister-in-law who loves to make cakes. I did complain to the seller and they did give me 50% refund, but I got the feeling it wasn't the first time they had had a complaint about this!! In the end I had to spend more money making up a "box" for the mould which included recipes printed offline (which didn't look like I wanted obviously). When she came to make the cake, my sister-in-law wasn't very impressed with the mould and on the second attempt making (the first one stuck to the mould quite badly and it was definitely cooked through) she decided she didn't like the amount of grease she had to use to make sure it didn't stick. Whether this is because it is poor quality or not, we don't know. But unless you are ok with the less than perfect results, I wouldn't recommend. We use several cake moulds for the kids birthdays and have never had this kind of problem before. Good luck!
