I recently purchased these pedals and found them very easy to use. I also found them very easy to clip on and off which was very helpful on traffic lights etc .

The pedals come with all the instructions, reflectors etc and are ideal hence my recommendation. There are easily fitted and appropriately marked so you don't get them the wrong way round

Purchased these recently and have to say they are excellent, had a set of look pedals and shoes before at a cost of over 350
and these are just as good, if your looking for pedals for your road bike you wont go wrong with these they also come with a
set of cleats. Bought the shimano R087 to go with these pedals very comfortable and very easy to clip in and out of the pedal.
