I have had my pole for a year now! it is easy to install! It can support your body weight! and it was delivered really quick even thought i was told that i would have to wait 10 to 14 days.

It took me a while to buy this pole after research and reading about the other expensive ones. Yes there are better ones out there and I have owned them too. I wanted to buy a pole which was sturdy strong and safe.
I have owned this pole for about 6 Months now and I have had NOT ONE problem with it. I can do intermediate moves on them no problem, inverts and all. I cant comment about Advanced as Im not on that level yet but what I can say is that its very safe, strong and will not fall down with you. ...BUT you do have to bolt in in the ceiling.
Yes it does say portable, as in you can take it down and put back up again no problem. But the ceiling plate is a must if you dont want the pole coming down on you. You can leave the ceiling plate secured in place all the time. It does come with one long screw for the centre of the plate but for piece of mind and extra safety I have drilled two other holes on either side to prevent movement so My Sexy Little Pole is perfect and I feel comfortable using it.

I've had my pole for a year and it's served me well. However, if you are seriously interested in pole dancing and want to learn more than just basic spins, I strongly recommend you invest in an x-pole. The fact that this pole is stainless steel means it is quite slippery. Chrome is a much better material. Furthermore, the DVD is not very useful; you'll be better off learning from youtube videos.
While this pole is durable and good enough for a beginner, I don't really recommend it.
