Despite being dispatched from Germany, this product arrived within 10 days as stated. The customer service was excellent. The product itself is brilliant. Simply add water to the bottom to stop the grill warping and plug in to get going. I was reluctant about an electric system but it is quick, clean and easy.

I bought this to take away on a camping holiday and it suited our needs perfectly. Easy to use and clean and it served up a great cooked breakfast.The stand was easy to assemble and the underneath storage rack was handy too.
