Bought two of these very well priced steamers. They took slightly longer than expected to arrive but when contacted we were given a new delivery date and this was then stuck to, so they dealt with the delay very well. The driver carried the steamers into the back for me and waited whilst i unpacked them to check they were ok. They are very well made and lovely to sit in with or without the cushion. The only problem with these very well made and priced chairs is that once you sit in them for a while you don't want to get out!
