Using ex-SAS men, this is a detailed recreation of a typical close protection mission.
An SAS team is assigned to protect a British Minister on a foreign state visit. Initially the team's meticulous planning pays off, but they are overruled on security by local forces. When the Minister and foreign leaders are kidnapped, the team must don their 'Black Kit' and launch a rescue mission.

After buying all the 3 DVDs of the series I must say they are all great.
BE AWARE: you will NOT find hints on how to engage an enemy patrol, survival in the woods, immediate action drills and so on. If the aim is that better spend money in air-soft games and courses available allover UK.
What you will find is an overview of the situations a special forces operative will face, a general description what he will do thanks to his training, and the mindset he will use to approach them.
The DVDs are well structured with awesome balance between reconstructed stories and analysis of cases.
GUARDIANS AGAINST TERROR can be divided in 2 parts: body guard (beginning) and counter terrorism (the end).
The first will show what operatives will do in a Body guard role. The most interesting (and new) part was how to run a convoy of 3 cars in a protection mode.
The second part is what the DVD is REALLY worth!! A full reconstruction of counter terrorist mission, from the planning to the mission execution, with a view on both snipers and assaulters. Rainbow six fans... you'll love it! :)

Well, Eddie Stone does it again with his team. You have this time a good opportunity to follow the team in a fictive story where they has to guard a VIP in i a foregin land. Again, as in all the others SAS SURVIVAL SECRETS dvds, you get a lot of information and real tactics. The beaty about these series, and this DVD is that you wont gett dissapointed - at all...
You see tactics as: driving, sniping, hostage rescue, shooting skills and information about a lot of gear.
Werry intresting is the picutres from the Iranian embassy siege and the story of one of Eddies troopers that was "at work" during the siege. You see him meeting one of the rescued people from the embassy.
If You are a Special Forces Fan - then this DVD - is a must! Forget all the expensive picture books about Special Forces - see it yourself - for real!!!!
