This book is a great revision aid for finals. The layout means that it is easy to dip into and makes it perfect for quickly gauging your level of knowledge in all the main topics.

HI ALL , I Am Preparing for the MFDS part 1 exam
I think this book is a good revision tool for dentists preparing for british dental exams especially for those , whose there basic dental education is not British ( Outside the Commonwealth countries )
It gives you an idea how the questions would look like
You will be familiar with them
BUT the major drawback is that it doesn't cover basic science subjects like physiology anatomy biochemistry etc...
Finally , GOOD LUCK FOR ALL ...

Used for revision aid during exams. Was used for the MJDF exams. Helpful to recap memory and touch up on topics. The book divides topics into sections which helps. The answers are informative but I would questions 1 or 2 answers. Out of all the '.... for dentistry books' this one seemed to be most helpful. Remember nothing replaces actual notes and proper books..

Great revision aid for MJDF/MFDS
A brilliant revision aid for both MFDS and MJDF. Worked examples provided good hints for areas requiring further revision. Also good for exam technique. Highly recommended.

It's like being grilled by your tutor, but less demoralising....
Studying for BDS final exams and this book rocks the boat. Layout is in tune with current curriculum and is more clinically orientated rather than focusing on 1st year... Read more
