4 of 4 people found the following review helpful By Disgruntled on 27 Jun. 2013
Format: Paperback
I was more than extremely disappointed to open this book and realise that it is 99.9% identical, word for word, to the "SAQ Youth book", which is intended for 12-18 year olds.
Seriously, word for word in about 99.9% of pages/paragraphs (albeit the format is adjusted about one% - the words and exercises are identical).

Having already owned the Youth version of this book, I am attempting to have my money refunded for this book, as it offers zero additional material, and I have to say, as a qualified coach, I am dumbfounded as to how supposedly "age-appropriate" exercise for 18 year olds in the "youth" book can be sold in this "juniors" book as being age appropriate for 4-11 (yes four) year olds.

If you really do want to buy one of these 2 books, buy the "Youth" one which is actually quite good for it's age range and has about 2 pages extra, but don't buy this version of what is literally, and almost entirely, word for word the same book.
