Don't miss it out...We do take a lot of care for each item sold and try to deliver to our customers value for money but occasionally our items might have minor scratches or/and dust on it. We are always trying to improve our quality and performance concerning the quality of our products and services. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we will refund an item if the buyer changes their mind within 7 days of the day on which the item was delivered. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. We will refund the original delivery charges. However, the customer will be liable for a collection charge of £ 9.99 for England/Wales and £19.99 for Scotland for the cost of returning the item. We have 14 days returns policy for fault items only with original package sent. Do not send the item, Inform us approx. date and time and we will collect the item. Items collected in our premises are excluded from the "Distance Selling" conditions and are "Sold as seen". The customer will automatically invalidate the guarantee if he/she open the case of the electric/electronic or any other equipment sold by us, we do not authorize anyone to perform repairs or inspections on our items during the guarantee period. If you received your item by post/courier delivery you need our authorization to open the equipment, avoiding to do so will result on automatic invalidation of guarantee. If you send the item you will be liable for postage charges. After my dvd recorder suddenly started crashing I thought it was time to replace it, and thought it would be better getting a dvd-video recorder combi. However with no instruction manual included, instead you have to download it yourself, it is near impossible to get set up. It is more trouble than it is worth in my opinion.
