Lots of interesting reading/intro stuff.
Full size Patterns included:
Cape
unisex boxers
Knickers (but not as we know them) long shorts or short longs! half cuffed trousers?
a dress (evening style)
pencil skirt
tie
tunic
elephant toy
yoga or casual draw string trousers
wrap skirt
All very plain but good basics to work on...
Also shows you how to draw up your own patterns for:
kimono style cardi
a nightie or cami
a 'flouncy tank top' (reminds me of the sun dress in weekend sewing by heather ross)
various very simple bags
a scrap scarf (that i am sure i have seen in one of wendy mulins books)
a curtain, cushions, quilt, apron, pin cushion, sewing machine cover, cards & a dog coat!
It's very basic, beautifully layed out & explained clearly with text & diagrams. Like a good cook book each item is showcased before the how to info so no flipping backwards & forwards.
I don't think I will make everything out of the book, but am pleased to own it & fancy trying at least three of the clothing patterns so good value for money.
