The CDI-1803M combi drill is a high performance tool, with all the features you'd expect in a professional tool. It delivers 55Nm or torque at up to 2200rpm - one of the fastest cordless drills on the market, this is thanks to its high quality 3 speed gearbox. The tool also has electronic variable speed, 24 torque settings and a full metal keyless chuck with automatic spindle lock.

I recently bought this drill with a pack including jigsaw and circular saw and I must say the cordless drill is a really good decent drill especially for the price, ive used dewalt, makita and milwaukee drills and the ryobi works with the best of them. It has a magnetic strip for your screws and levels on the top and back of drill which is really handy.

I've had this drill for a couple of years and it's withstood plenty of DIY abuse without any issues. For the price range this is aimed at it's one of the best in the range.
The only considerations I would suggest are:
1) Is it worth buying this as part of a pack? Ryobi do some good combination deals - a pack of two batteries plus another tool (I got an impact driver) could provide better flexibility.
2) Is it worth buying with a Lithium Ion battery? Only if you are planning on using this several times a week. I have 3 batteries in total and haven't had an issue because they charge in a couple of hours. Lithium Ion is good for holding charge and last better but are twice the price.
Overall I cannot fault this product! The hammer action is great and gets through all sorts of masonry, the keyless chuck works well and variable speed is useful if you want to use it as a screwdriver.

Good easy to use tool; pity it doesn't come with a carry case;- useful if one could be offered as an optional extra.
