It was arguably the greatest comeback in the history of sport the most remarkable Ryder Cup ever!
Jose Maria Olazabal s heroes, inspired by the spirit of their talisman, Severiano Ballesteros, overcame the strongest American team in recent memory, a raucous Chicago galleryand a four point deficit going into the final day s 12 singles, to make history, winning 14 and a half to 13 and a half.
For two days of foursomes and fourballs the home team pounded Europe with birdies. Rookie Keegan Bradley and Masters Champion Bubba Watson led the American charge as Davis Love s dozen powered ahead.
But one man stood tall. The imperious Ian Poulter refused tobuckle. Five sensational straight birdies rescued a point from the Saturday fourballs and restored European faith.
Believe said captain Olazabal going into the final day - and they did. Donald, Poulter of course Rory McIlroy and PaulLawrie pulled Europe level. Justin Rose stunned Phil Mickelson. Garcia and Westwood added points before Germany s Martin Kaymer lined up a six foot putt on the final green to retain the Ryder Cup. The golfing world held its breath... He made it.
Minutes later Francisco Molinari denied Tiger Woods to earn the match winning extra half point.
The Miracle of Medinah was complete. Olazabal, face stained with tears, looked skywards This is for you Seve.

What a stunning DVD Review of what was possibly the greatest sporting come back of all time.
I've got the previous 6 Ryder Cup Reviews, which are all excellent, but this is by far the best yet.
It's not just the way Europe won. The way it's filmed & commentated on is superb, capturing not just the key moments
but also the atmosphere at the event. Especially on the Sunday when you could feel the Americans confidence turning during the day. The Blue dominating the top of the leader board had a marked effect on the American team & you can really sense that when watching it back.
The ending was stuff dreams are made of. Every European putt seemed to be going in & the Americans for once started to wobble at the crucial time.
I too was lucky enough to be in Medinah for this historic event. I did worry that the DVD could never capture the excitment & tension of that last day & i'm glad to say they've more than surpassed my expectations with this brilliant Review.
MUST BUY, not just for Golf Fans but all fans of great sporting events.Drama in the most extreme!!STUNNING!!!

Best Ryder Cup by an absolute mile. Very fortunate to witness this epic in person, so been looking forward to this production being released. Did not disappoint and in Blu-ray the picture and sound quality is out of this world. If you enjoy great sport played by true sportsmen then this is a must buy.

Phenomenal tournament caught on film!
Not as good as previous dvd's on the Ryder Cup for some of the 'off-course' footage but still well worth adding to your collection!
