This is a decent kettlebell. Cast iron ones are better than vinyl ones as the coating splits after a while. However, the very best ones are made by Dragon Door and they have the advantage of being cast in one piece and will last and last. This Olympian one appears to be filled and I suspect the handle is a separate piece and may not last as long.

This does exactly what it says. Its a cannonball on a handle. I've only used it sparingly but I can already feel the difference.

Love this ketlebell. Really easy to use and good weight.
Have previously used a york ketlebell and thought this was very poor.
Once this weight becomes to light I will definately be going back for the next size up.
