I bought this when my other blender burnt out. I paid a bit more than I normally would because it's got a powerful motor. It doesn't have the power of a Vitamix or Blendtec but those blenders are more than four times the cost of this one. I expect this to last at least 5 years and it does have a quality look and feel.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I am really loving this blender. Somebody recommended to me that I got a blender of above 1000W but I was really shocked when I began to look at the cost implications of that advice. This blender has solved the problem. It's still a significant outlay for me, but I think I've got great value for money here. The speed and efficiency are excellent and - with the robust, powerful motor - the results are terrific. It is extremely easy to use and totally reliable. Highly recommended.

When I first got it I didn't think that one of the settings was doing what it should but put that down to a misunderstanding. Anyway, after about 6 months it then decided it wouldn't turn off and tripped out the electric. Phoned the manufacturer and they seemed to recognise the fault. In 2 minds whether to buy a new one as it did a good job of blending but not sure how long the next one will last.

Blends nearly everything with ease, however if you're making something involving ice cream follow a recipe as it struggles to blend if you put too much ice cream. Read more

Russell Hobbs liquidizer
