The controls on this microwave are pretty easy to use but putting items in the oven is not so easy; the glass turntable can easily be displaced, especially when using the grill, so make sure it is positioned correctly after loading food and before commencing cooking.
The microwave seems good but the grill is another story; it cooks unevenly and the food can be burned on the outside but uncooked on the inside and, as there is no temperature control on the grill, you can only avoid the problem by replacing the existing grill stand with one not quite as tall.
The oven is quite small and will only take plates/circular trays up to 10" diameter safely. Any bigger than that and there is a danger the plates will hit the side walls as the turnable turns. Even with a 10" tray/plate you need to make sure you position it centrally in the oven and just make sure that turntable is centrally placed too!
