This product doesn't brown the bread & it doesn't seal the sandwiches so cheese leaks everywhere which leaves you with with no filling. The outer shelll of the product marks easinly & grease stains cannot be cleaned off.

We bought this to replace a sandwich maker we'd had for donkey's years and hoped it would do as the label said. We've used it 30 or 40 times now and since the first time, it's been dreadful. The sandwiches don't toast evenly and sometimes we have to change them round so they brown all over rather than on just one corner. On top of that, it takes ages to brown, unlike our old one which worked quickly and efficiently. On the plus side - the sandwiches are hot. But more soggy than crispy. And yes, we followed all the instructions! Frankly, I'd like it to break down so we could send it back ... I'd really give this one a wide berth and look elsewhere!

Russell Hobbs double sandwich toaster
Very good toaster. Filling did stay in the sandwich and didnt spill, thank goodness. So would recommend. Very fast delivery, even just before christmas. Thumbs up for this one
